May I write something about pizza in Vienna? 😉 Like most Italians, pizza for me is a must (and a delicate topic especially if we are living abroad…). I want to eat exactly the pizza I love otherwise I would be not satisfied: it is a real “matter of life or death” 😉
Here in Vienna I have definitely found my pizzeria where the pizza is made in heaven! Furthermore the ambient is cozy, fine and exclusive; the service is polite and professional. At L’autentico I feel that I am really enjoying a tasteful experience and not just eating a good pizza.
The certificated Pizzaiolo Mr.Caliolo and his assistent Mr.D’Agnano (***UPDATE April 2017: they currently work at Pizzeria Sofi in Yppenplatz) prepare the authentic Neapolitan Pizza, called “Pizza verace napoletana” based on the original Neapolitan recipe and delicious selected products from Italy, like fiordilatte and buffalo mozzarella D.O.P., organic extra virgin olive oil, San Marzano tomatoes, San Daniele prosciutto…
A cozy and tasty place that I really definitely recommend you!
