Bionista fresh Food. Yesterday I was invited to a nice test lunch at Bionista fresh Food in the Vienna’s first district, for tasting their new menu selection.
The restaurant’s concept is completely based on organic ingredients and a good mix of vegetarian, vegan and meat meals. In addition you can choose between great wines and cocktails. I tried three cocktails and they were pretty good and well prepared 🙂
As first course I had a tasty Mulligatawny Soup, a spicy curry soup with crispy crostini. After that I chose one of my beloved meals, the Beef Tartare with dark bread crostini and quail egg. It was well presented to me, with fresh and tasty meat without being too spicy. In my opinion, high recommend!
As main courses I tried a really good bio smokey veggie Burger and a bio goat cheese Salad. Both were a great choice. At the end, I finished my lunch with a delicious Creme Brule´ with juicy raspberries, I really appreciated!
The atmosphere was very pleasant and the stuff polite and friendly. So I can only recommend you to visit Bionista fresh Food and try their new menu. Thank you again for the invitation and the lovely time together. See you soon ♥
