MY 2020 PERSONAL GOALS
More sleep. I definitely need to sleep 7 – 8 hours. Sleeping 5 – 6 hours per night is not enough. A regular sleep routine is a priority for me.
Water. Drink more, at least 2 L.
Early bird. For necessity I discovered that I am more productive in the early morning so even if I want to sleep more, I also want to be a constant early bird because early mornings inspire and give me more energy, even on weekends. In 2020 I want to have more time in the mornings weekends to dedicate to myself.
Meditation. Especially in the early mornings and at least twice a week.
More books. In 2020 I want to read more books. I want to focus more on regular reads especially in bed in the evening before sleeping. It was one of my big passions as a young girl but than in someway it got lost.
Organised home. I am satisfied about my new apartment. It is well designed and basically clean. However sometimes is hard to put immediately away stuff, laundry or sort papers I don’t need anymore.
Shorter to do lists. I am a good to-do lists writer but till now maybe my lists were too longer. I need to be realistic and they should be realistic in order to be more motivational than a kind of judge of what I did.
Invest time only in sane friendships. 2019 showed me good friends and that it takes effort and time to care a good friendship on both sights. I want to call and hang out more often and careful only with trusted friends.
Conscious wardrobe. I want to go more into a wardrobe with pieces I can basically wear anywhere for any occasion. I am already in this way but I want to go more in depth and buy much less than before.
Delegating. As employed and self-employed at the same, it is often hard to manage everything. Time runs and I need to learn to delegate work and tasks to those who can help me and are qualified with their skills because I need a bit more time for myself.
