A room with a view—and the scent of Zirbe
Our Zirbe room “Gipfelglück” was an absolute highlight. The warm wooden interiors, crafted from Swiss stone pine (Zirbe), created a calming atmosphere, and the panoramic view from our balcony was simply mesmerizing—waking up to snow-capped peaks bathed in golden morning light felt so pretty. An extra touch of comfort in my opinion? The solid Swiss stone pine furniture, which added to the room’s cozy ambiance.
A dream for families: thoughtful amenities for kids
Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but Hotel Höflehner makes it effortless. Every detail is also designed with families in mind:
- nature hero kids club: an engaging space where kids aged 3 to 12 can enjoy supervised activities, make new friends, and have fun while parents relax. The club operates from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with extended hours during holiday periods.
- children’s buffet and menu: during school holidays, a dedicated children’s buffet offers child-friendly, nutritious meals tailored to young tastes. Throughout the year, there’s always a children’s menu available, and the kitchen is accommodating to special requests, ensuring even the pickiest eaters are satisfied.
- children’s pool & play area: a shallow, heated pool with water features and games ensures endless entertainment for young swimmers.
- in-room & dining essentials: our room was fully equipped with a baby bath, kettle, child carrier, and sled for borrowing, while the dining area provided high chairs and children’s cutlery, making mealtimes stress-free.
Perfect location for winter and wellness lovers
One of the biggest advantages of staying at Hotel Höflehner is its prime location directly on the slopes. No need for long transfers or shuttle buses—just step outside, clip into your skis, and go! Whether you’re an experienced skier or just starting out, the hotel position makes hitting the trails seamless and convenient.
We took a wonderful nature walk around the hotel, discovering peaceful trails that led us to a really nice experience: meeting the local alpacas and llamas! These gentle animals were a delight, especially for our little daughter, making our outdoor adventure even more memorable.
After active days outdoors, unwinding in the 5.000 m² extensive wellness area was pure bliss. The spa facilities cater to all relaxation needs, including:
- a 25m sports pool for those who love to swim laps;
- a variety of saunas, from classic Finnish to herbal and infrared;
- stunning infinity whirlpools with mountain views, where warm bubbling water meets the crisp Alpine air;
- a brand new yoga house with a stunning view and a rich activities program for all levels;
- a rich and tempting activities program for everyone needs: like aqua gym, core trainings, meditation, workshops, spinning, sauna rituals with herbs, peelings and different aromas.

Hotel Höflehner offers an exceptional dining experience with carefully curated menus throughout the day:
- breakfast buffet: a rich selection of fresh juices, local dairy products, homemade breads, and live cooking stations for a perfect start to the day;
- afternoon cake buffet: during the winter season, guests can enjoy a delightful cake buffet from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, featuring a variety of sweet treats;
- evening 5 course gourmet menu with three options:
- A health-conscious selection, focusing on light and nutritious dishes;
- A creative gourmet menu, offering refined and innovative flavors;
- A traditional menu, featuring classic Austrian specialties made with regional ingredients.
